7. The cooling or (heating) system can be divided into jacket type or spray type, designed according to the size specifications of the slicer and the characteristics of the material, which can improve heat transfer efficiency, increase drum strength, and increase relative product output.
8. The cooling water is sealed with packing or rotary joints, which can reliably prevent water leakage, and a new process is applied to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
Both ends of the drum have insulation layers and side scrapers, and there is no material buildup at both ends of the drum. Therefore, there is no frictional power consumption at both ends of the drum, eliminating the problem of unstable start-up caused by end face material buildup.
